Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden goodness soya mince
- 3 tomatoes, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp oregano
- leaves of fresh basil
- Cheese Sauce
- 100g, butter
- 50g,flour
- 500g, milk
- 300g, shredded cheese, cheddar or Gouda ( keep a handful for the topping
12 lasagne sheets, soak them in hot water before starting to make the sauce - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1 : Preheat Oven to 180 C. Follow the instruction of preparing the one cup of Soya mince and put aside.
Add the grated tomatoes, onion and garlic and let simmer for about 10 minutes
Step 2 : Add the tomato paste and water and continue to simmer for 2 minutes
Step 3 : Add the soya mince and season with the spices and cook for another 3 minutes and put aside
Step 4 : Cheese sauce, Melt the margarine or butter in a pot. Add the flour and stir until all is well incorporated. Add the milk slowly and continue to stir on low heat until it thickens. Add the cheese at the end to have a thicker mixture
Step 5 : Using a gratin or lasagne dish. Add the Golden Goodness Bolognese sauce on the bottom. Add the softened Lasagne sheet to cover, add the Golden Goodness Bolognese sauce, cheese sauce and repeat this process until the mixture is finished or the gratin dish is full. Sprinkle the toppings with the cheese pot aside and bake in the oven for 20mins
